CAPE WINELANDS TOUR

Head off to the heart of South Africa’s wine industry. Explore Stellenbosch and walk down the canal-lined avenues, in the shade of giant oak trees and beautifully preserved historic buildings. Travel over the Helshoogte Pass to the town of Franschhoek, historically dating back to the 17th century when the French Huguenots arrived. PENINSULA TOUR

Start the day with a trip up to the top of iconic Table Mountain. Then travel along the Atlantic Seaboard via Sea Point, Clifton and Camps Bay, to Hout Bay, a quaint village and fishing harbour with magnificent mountain views and beach. Continue via Chapman’s Peak, one of the world’s most breathtaking coastal drives, to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve and Cape Point, which is perceived to be the meeting point of the Atlantic and Indian Oceans. Go on to historic Simon’s Town, a village with charming Victorian architecture, a naval base and a large penguin colony at the beautiful Boulders Beach.

CULTURAL HERITAGE TOUR

The day commences with a look at the picturesque “Bo-Kaap” – a historic area that became home to many Muslims and freed slaves after the abolition of slavery. Discover the unique culture, lifestyle, and personality during a walk through the area. Depart to Victoria & Alfred Waterfront for your trip to Robben Island. The excursion includes a return ferry trip across the bay, a guided coach tour of the island and a tour of the maximum-security prison were late former president, Nelson Mandela, was incarcerated.
